I made these dark chocolate brownies last night that are simply to die for! I altered a recipe from "The Joy of Vegan Baking"....one of my all-time favorite cookbooks. Don't make these if you are scared by intense chocolate....each brownie has the decadent kick of about ten boxes of Esther Price!
Ingredients:
- Unbleached, whole wheat white all-purpose flour
- Demara sugar
- Salt
- Baking Powder
- Ghiradelli dark chocolate coco
- Ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Unsweetened applesauce
- Ground flax seed
- Water
- Vanilla
